R&B singers, Trey Songz and Ne-Yo just became neighbors. Songz will be renting the massive 13,000-square-foot crib starting April 1 for $35,000. The 10-bedroom, 12-bath glass mega-house includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a movie theater, gym, elevator, a slew of balconies, epic views from the Hollywood Hills, a rooftop pool and two billiards rooms.
