Carmelo Anthony and La La are the new renters of a $29,000 per month condo on Fifth Avenue at 102nd Street. The condo, located on Manhattan’s “Museum Mile,” is owned by Bank of America executive Fares Noujaim. The 4,022-square-foot luxury pad comes with sweeping Central Park views and 10-foot ceilings for the 6-foot-8 NBA star.
The Anthonys new spot has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and beautiful views of Central Park. It’s located in a luxury building in Manhattan that has a fitness center and playroom.
