Jennifer Aniston is soon to be married and is definitely using Pilates to make sure she is stunning in her gown. “I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week,” Aniston toldInStyle magazine during a recent interview. “I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination. Then I do Pilates one day a week and yoga three days a week. I try to mix it up.”
