Consequence offends brown girls
Lore’l has an unlikely fan in Consequence and because he likes her style he proposes that they do a record together. However, Cons writes a line that rubs Lore’l the wrong way when he says that light skin is the right skin. Lore’l tells him she’s not feeling the line, but Cons says she can’t be offended because she’s light-skinned. Lore’l explains that she’s still offended and doesn’t want to upset their brown-skinned fans. Cons comes up with a pro-brown-skin line for the remix, but Lore’l still isn’t convinced about the original. After Lore’l meets up with Raqi to discuss it and learns of Jen’s racist comment, she decides to kill the record.
