Motivational tips for Monday

Some of us seem to have trouble getting going on Mondays. One reason maybe our busy lives don’t slow down even on the weekends and life can be full of potholes even on the weekend.  You can also add in all the running around we end up doing on the weekend and the last thing you can find on Monday is motivation.   Conventional thinking just doesn’t cut it anymore so here are some unconventional ways of thinking to increase our chances of success and become motivated for Monday.


1. Embrace the pain.


Yes I said it:  “Embrace the pain”

Many embrace the mantra:  No pain, no gain which means  no matter how tough or how much pain you’re feeling, you’re going to emerge stronger after that. So don’t be afraid when things get tough. Embrace the pain and push yourself to accept what is coming, knowing that you are going to grow from it.
