From High Fashion to Hip Hop, a trend that was once for anti establishment girls and boys is making its wayback onto the fashion scene. Plaid shirts around the waist once identified that you were emo grunge and Kurt Cobain was your personal god and savior. Before Starbucks and too cool for school hipsters, this trend was more an act of deviance as opposed to looking hot. Paired with some Doc Martin boots, this look was more intimidating that inspiring. Thanks to Rihanna, Sir Kanye, A$AP Rocky and other fashion conscious trendsetters, this new way and attitude of wearing the look makes it more approachable.
I desire. Do you?
Smells a lot like new teen spirit.
