Back Row fly with booty tap

This will work your back,  shoulders, buttock, quadri-ceps and hamstring.


Sit back into isometric squat, row arms back and tap toe back at the same time.  Bring arms and leg back to start and tap toe to side while extending arms into a shoulder fly. Repeat 10 reps per leg.
