Ginger is beneficial in so many ways. When those pesky headaches just won’t let up,  ginger  is another option to find relief because it also keeps the blood vessels dilated.


How to use:

Grate, blend or juice fresh ginger and add to your favorite juice (combines best with orange juice),  use fresh or powdered ginger when you cook meal , or keep ginger candy handy to eat daily. Ginger is also available in capsule form and can be taken daily to aid with digestion.
