Chelsea Clinton and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, have signed a contract for this swanky NYC condo for $10.5 million. The condo has been dubbed the “longest” apartment in New York City.
The Whitman was erected in 1924. It is a brick building with every apartment having direct park views, wide-plank oak floors, Italian marble-slab bathrooms, a private elevator landing and refrigerated-storage rooms. A full-time doorman serves the four residences. The 4,967-square-foot condo has four-bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms.
