Yogurt
Yogurts are full of calcium so they should be good for you, right? Wrong. There are so many yogurts available in grocery stores today. They come in all types of flavors and have compartments filled with toppings like granola or crushed cookies. While they all seem delicious, they are loaded with sugar and fat. Greek-style yogurts are a better option because they are higher in protein and lower in sugar; however, it is still best to buy plain yogurt and add fresh toppings such as fresh fruit and homemade granola.
