Wrap/Roll Up Sandwiches
These rolled up sandwiches are a common lunch option for those who are trying to cut calories; however, roll ups may have more calories than you think. Some wraps have equivalent carbohydrates and fat to three slices of regular bread. The ingredients inside including dressings and cheeses are also full of fattening calories and sugar. When choosing a wrap, homemade is best but if you are on the run, opt for whole wheat and lots of veggies. Use simple oil and vinegar as your dressing.
