Scrappy Meets With Erica’s Mom
Both Scrappy and Erica’s mothers disapprove of their relationship. It seems like winning over Momma Dee is lost cause. Erica convinces Scrappy to meet with her mother, Mignon, to smooth things over with her. When the two do meet, Mignon brings up Scrappy’s infidelity and questions whether he’ll cheat again. But Scrappy argues that Mignon left Erica for years due to her addiction. She changed her life to return to Erica – which is what Scrappy has done. Mignon finally calls Scrappy her son-in-law and finishes things with a hug.
