8. Spider-Man 2 — If Superman and Batman were great films from another era, Spider-Man began the superhero genre in the new millennium. The first film was great, but the follow-up explored Spider-Man’s angst as he reveals who he is to his love interest, all while fighting a seeming indestructible villain.
