As allegations fly that Kriss Kross rapper Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly’s tragic death was caused by a drug overdose, TMZ recently released the last recorded video of Kelly, which shows the rapper seemingly inebriated as he stumbles through a rap song.
According to sources, the video was recorded around 7 a.m. on May 1, the day of Kelly’s death. In the video, Kelly can be seen with a group of men, looking dazed, as he raps on camera to a new song that he’d been working on that includes the lyrics, “We don’t stop, for nothing or nobody … look around you it’s full of dead bodies.”
Later that day, someone at Kelly’s home called Fulton County 911 claiming that Kelly was unresponsive. Kelly’s mother told investigators that he was mixing cocaine and heroine the night before and was pronounced dead at around 5 p.m.
