Miami Heat President Pat Riley rents out his Malibu beachfront home every year; however, this year is a little different. Riley has drastically reduced the renting price. Last year, the beautiful property was $35,000 and this year he is only asking $18,500 a month. The beachfront home offers four bedrooms and three baths.
