Rapper Chief Keef arrested in Atlanta
Rapper Chief Keef was arrested Monday, May 20 in Atlanta for disorderly conduct. Keef, whose real name is Keith Cozart, was booked into the DeKalb County Jail and later released.
While details are skimpy, authorities report that the teen was taken in at 4:37 p.m.
The 17-year-old tweeted around 4 a.m. Tuesday that he’d been released.
“Just got out of Dekalb County jail, mad as f—,” said Keef.
Chef Keef was previously arrested in January for probation violation. He later cried in court and pledged to change his ways before being sentenced to 60 days at a youth detention center.
