The Sidecar
Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce brandy
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Method:
Fill shaker with ice, add the cointreau, brandy and lemon juice and shake very well. Wet the rim of the cocktail glass with orange juice or any other juice you might prefer. Next, place the glass on a sugared plate. Strain the liquor into the glass.
