Chocolate Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 8 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup orange liqueur
- finely chopped chocolate
- Chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- makes 4 servings
Method:
Rim the glass with the chocolate syrup and finely chopped chocolate. Combine the tequila, orange and chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, the 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup, cinnamon and almond extract together. Add ingredients and ice into a shaker. Shake and pour into the chocolate rimmed glasses. Serve cold.
