Evelyn Lozada takes fan to prom
After missing her own senior prom 20 years ago, a reality star took part in the tradition with a fan. Evelyn Lozada, 37, recently agreed to be the prom date of Anthony Nelson, a student West Bloomfield High School in Bloomfield, Michigan.
After accepting the offer, the Basketball Wife flew to the midwestern state and donned a red gown and Christian Louboutin heels. Nelson also looked smart in a custom made tuxedo and Chanel loafers for the occasion.
Obviously excited about the event, Lozada penned a blog post and called the event “the best time ever.” She also explained why she missed her own prom.
“OMG! Can I say the best time ever?!,” wrote Lozada.”Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend my prom when I was in high school because I was pregnant with my daughter Shaniece but this was such an awesome experience and I was so honored.”
Both Lozada and Nelson later tweeted about the event.
