Keep it simple
If you can’t keep up with Shaun T and Tony Horton, that’s ok. Those guys have been going hard with their workouts for years. No need in trying a super set you may have seen on You Tube or Instagram either. Keep workouts sweet and simple. Sure everyone is looking for a way to make workouts more enjoyable but no need in half killing yourself in the process. Thinking that balancing acts or one-legged plié jumps on a Bosu ball while holding a kettlebell will get you faster results- will not- but it just may get you a trip to the ER, which means some down time with no workouts at all. Stick with simple until your strength and stamina increases. Your body will let you know when its time to go more intense.
