Drink at least 2 liters of water each day starting with 8oz of water when you wake up on an empty stomach for best results add 2oz of unsweetened cranberry juice to each liter. Also incorporate 20 to 30 minutes of walking and running 4 times a week with 5 to 10 40yard sprints every other day for a more advanced workout.
