A 26-year old man was arrested this week after he climbed onto the roof of the home of superstar Rihanna. Private security guards found Robert Melanson on the roof of the star’s house in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood in Los Angeles, though the singer wasn’t home.
Rihanna is currently in the U.K. performing on her “Diamonds” World Tour.
TMZ reports that Melanson claimed he had no idea that he was at the home of a pop star. Despite his claims, Melanson had a Google map of the area on his phone. He’s currently being held behind bars with bail set at $2,882.
This is the second time this year that Rihanna’s had to deal with a stalker.
In February, 31-year old Steveland Barrow broke into a mansion near her home, thinking that it was hers. He reportedly stole a few personal items from the house and slept in one of the beds thinking it belonged to Rihanna.
In March, she obtained a three year restraining order against Barrow.
