4th of July Coconut Berry Popsicles

Ingredients:
- 17 ounces container of coconut water
- 2 tbs of Splenda+ 1 tbs hot water to make simple syrup
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 8 large popsicle molds
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine coconut water and simple syrup. Mix until well combined.
Separate the berries between the popsicle molds
Slowly fill the molds with coconut water about 3/4 of the way, so that it doesn’t overflow when you add the sticks.
Freeze for at least 5 hours.
