 Red, White and Blue Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 1 container of strawberries, each sliced into three pieces
  • Watermelon cubes
  • 1 container of raspberries
  • 6 bananas, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 container of blueberries
  • 1 package of mini marshmallows
  • 1 package of wooden skewers

Directions: 


  1. Use the ingredients listed to make any combination of red and blue fruit and combine with banana and/or marshmallow to make kabobs.
  2. Place on platter for quick on the go healthy snack.

Red, white and blue Strawberries

Ingedients:

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 container of strawberries
  • 1 pack blue sugar

Directions:

  1. Wash strawberries and allow to dry completely
  2. Melt 12 ounces of white chocolate chips in a microwave according to the package directions
  3. One at a time, dip strawberries into the chocolate and then into blue sugar
  4. Set aside to harden on waxed paper
