Lean also known as purple drink is dangerous. Promethazine with codeine is the main ingredient in lean. The codeine is responsible for the euphoric feeling after drinking lean. Promethazine causes motor skill impairment, drowsiness, lethargy and a disassociated feeling from all parts of the body.
