A couple who was engaging in oral sex during a flight could face 90 days in jail. According to The Smoking Gun, Jessica Stroble and Chris Martin were sitting next to each other while on a flight from Medford, Oregon to Nevada when a fellow passenger noticed Stoble’s head in Martin’s lap. The passenger also noticed that Stroble eventually wiped her mouth and Martin zipped his pants.
The two cleaned up and began fondling each other again. Martin put his hand inside of Stroble’s pants. A few minutes later, Stroble began performing oral sex on Martin again. This time, a flight attendant noticed the two and asked them to stop. However, moments after Stroble stopped performing oral sex, Martin began fondling and kissing Stroble’s breast.
The flight attendant eventually told an FBI agent and the two were arrested once they landed in Las Vegas. They were charged with lewd, indecent, and obscene acts on an airplane.
Once the two were held by police, Stroble claimed that the incident never happened and she doesn’t have any contact information for Martin.
If convicted, Stroble and Martin could be sentenced to 90 days in jail.
