For many LGBT individuals, coming to terms with their sexuality can be a difficult experience. And with the pressures of homophobia, traditional relationships and family values weighing on the minds of many young LGBT people, it’s easy to see why many of them try to dismiss their own sexuality and end up dating people of the opposite sex during their younger years while still in the closet.
