As if it’s justification for committing such a heinous act, Matthew Flugence of Harvey, La., claims Ahlittia North, 6, invited him to engage in sex with her. Not taking into account that at age 20 he’s more than three times her age, he claims he had sex with the young girl on a blanket that according to him she laid out on the ground when she propositioned him on July 14, 2013.
