Porsha Stewart stirred up a whirlwind of media controversy last week when a preview clip of the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” was released and Porsha claimed that her soon-to-be ex-husband, Kordell Stewart, wasn’t attracted to her female body, adding to the long-standing rumors that he’s gay. But now Stewart is speaking out and denying that he’s attracted to men.
Yesterday, Stewart released a statement to Access Atlanta and bashed his estranged wife for questioning his sexuality and also claimed that she’s disrespecting the LGBT community with her claims.
“I’m very ashamed of my wife for saying something that she knows is not true at all. The rumors have never been true. I’m not gay,” said Stewart. “It is sad that she would target the homosexual community which often times lacks support to begin with.”
Stewart went on to claim that Porsha is just hungry for drama and fame and is using him to maintain her star power.
“It is very disappointing that she will do anything and say anything for a minute of so-called fame,” said Stewart. “She can have that life, I just want to continue to be the best single dad and father that I can for my son.”
