Viagra2-1

A 66-year-old Columbian man was forced to have his penis amputated after he overdosed on Viagra. According to a report by La Nacion  newspaper, the man wanted to impress his new girlfriend by pleasing her sexually.

He intentionally took more than the recommended amount of Viagra. As a result, his penis remained erect several days after he took the medication. Once the man went to the hospital, doctors discovered several things wrong.

His penis was inflamed, fractured and showed signs of gangrene. In order to prevent the gangrene from spreading to other parts of his body, doctors were forced to amputate his penis.

The man reportedly paid 2,500 pesos for the drug he bought on the black market. Doctors warn against using Viagra without a prescription and in large amounts.

The man is currently recovering after the surgery.
