Amber Riley’s secret to dropping weight fast


Although Amber Riley has always been comfortable in her skin no mater her size, the DWTS contestant knew it was time for a change after having severe stomach pains back in 2012.

“it’s truly what’s on the inside that counts and I’ve always been comfortable with my size. I just decided it was time to get healthy. I decided I was going to make a change and eat healthier.”

The change for Riley would be to ditch fast food. Within the first seven months of the new healthier lifestyle y changing her eating and regular exercise, the Glee star revealed,  “I dropped two dress sizes, the burgers were attacking my stomach.”

With Amber joining season 17, we can expect to see more pounds melt off the highly confident actress. Watch Amber work he dance floor on Dancing With the Stars on Monday’s at 8pm EST.
