Curtez DeShawn Graham, 18, sought revenge on an elderly woman in St. Paul, Minn. Having burglarized her home twice, once he was released from Minnesota Correctional Facility-Red Wing, a juvenile detention facility, he raped the 65-year-old claiming she was responsible for his imprisonment.

Graham, who was required to wear an ankle monitor, cut off his GPS bracelet while on work release and attacked her after only nine days of semi-freedom.

“B***h, you sent me to prison for 14 months,” he shouted at her, naked and wielding scissors, according to an affidavit.

The victim and her husband were awakened by the distraught man threatening to kill them with the scissors if they didn’t comply. He forced the man to tie himself up, raped the women and then forced her to shower and wash between her legs.

“We seldom see crimes as completely inhumane as this,” prosecutor C. Ryan Tennison said in court. “This man raped the victim in her home in front of her loved one.”

Graham plead guilty on to first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree burglary and kidnapping. He will spend the next 25 years in prison.
