Kandi Burruss blasts Chuck Smith
Kandi Burruss recently blasted ex-NFLer Chuck Smith for attempting to slut shame her on Sunday’s episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” As previously reported, Smith blasted Burruss and Phaedra Parks for being a part of his harem of women.
“I had six different chicks stashed in the corners. You were part of the team. You and Kandi,” said Smith to Phaedra who was riding in the backseat of his car at the time.
“I was that guy in Atlanta. I was in my prime. I was from your hometown and that’s what it is. What describes what we really were? We’re the first version of the friends with the benefits, girl!” he added insultingly.
Smith then continued blabbing like a housewife about how Kandi was “messing” with multiple men at the time.
Now attempting to clear the air and defend her reputation, Burruss sat down with Big Tigger of V-103 to respond to Smith’s sexual relationship allegations.
“I know the difference between friends with benefits and a relationship, we were definitely in a relationship,” said Burruss. “He introduced me as his girlfriend, I had keys to his crib, he was hanging out with my mom, I was hanging out with his parents.
“That’s family,” said Tigger.
“Yeah, it wasn’t like no fly by night [situation] said Kandi. “You can imagine how I felt when I was sitting there watching it [the show].”
“I’ve moved on, but I would appreciate it if he’d stop,” added Burruss.
