A mother in Houston beat a 27-year-old man she caught hiding in her 13-year-old daughter’s bedroom. According to a report by Click 2 Houston, Syrjuan Benson, 27, posed as a 16-year-old in order to date a 13-year-old girl.
Benson would hang around the girl’s school and he eventually developed a relationship with the teenager. He decided to visit the girl and broke through the teen’s bedroom window around 4 a.m.
The teen’s mother heard noises and checked her daughter’s room where she found Benson. He was hiding in a closet and only wearing boxers.
The teen’s mother began punching Benson in the face and held him down until police arrived. Benson was convicted of sexual assault several months ago.
He now faces an indecency charge and more charges will likely be added.
