TMZ is reporting that Atlanta rapper T.I. and his wife of three years, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, are not splitting up, despite rumors to the contrary. Tip allegedly addressed the issue directly and TMZ says that he explained that, while the couple did have a big fight, there are no plans to divorce anyone.
The rumors began this week, after T.I. posted some things on Instagram that seemed to indicate marital problems. “Dis da 1st day of da rest of my life!!!! IG in da last 24hrs my life has changed!!!! No details necessary…. Just try & accept da change. Cuz it IS upon us,” he wrote.
When Tiny later posted, “”It ain’t nothin to cut dat b—h off,” it fueled the speculation. Then, Tip didn’t appear at the Grammys, but he and his wife were spotted partying at separate events afterwards.
T.I. reportedly said that Tiny wanted to walk the Grammy red carpet and attend the show but T.I. did not. They began arguing and reportedly “angrily challenged each other on who would end up having more fun that night.”
T.I. said that they smoothed things over the following day. He also addressed the reports via Instagram.
