The role for which Philip Seymour Hoffman will always be remembered is Capote. As author Truman Capote, Hoffman channeled the unique mannerisms, inner turmoil and vast intelligence of the man who penned In Cold Blood. He won the Oscar for Best Actor for this performance and it was much-deserved.
