“What’s the vision for today’s shoot? I want to visualize it all, so I can know how to properly channel my energy.”

The question was posed by actor and resident heartthrob Michael Ealy as he stood in front of two expansive wardrobe racks, mentally preparing to step into his latest role, that of male model. When it was relayed that our goal was nothing more than to paint him as the most interesting man in the world, Ealy could only laugh, shake his head and say “OK, I think I can do that.”

In many ways, Ealy has become an overflowing fountain of interesting. From his new Fox sci-fi series “Almost Human,” to an upcoming turn in the highly anticipated Valentine’s flick, About Last Night — with Kevin Hart, Regina Hall and Joy Bryant — there’s no shortage of interesting things happening in Ealy’s life.

Add that to the great lengths that Ealy undertakes to keep personal life private, and you’ve basically given Hollywood all the ingredients needed to create the perfect mystery man.

Thankfully, Ealy, whom we consider a longtime friend, sat down with rolling out and opened up a bit about his life in Hollywood, and his unexpected wedding announcement that shook women everywhere. His words, which were as carefully thought out as his roles, were a gentle reminder that there are still some people in Hollywood who prefer to live their lives outside of the limelight.
