‘Basketball Wives L.A.’ season premiere
The ladies of “Basketball Wives L.A.” came barreling back onto television Monday with a season premiere filled with sex scandals and irrelevant arguments about old relationships. Malaysia Pargo was seen catching up with Draya Michele at the home she shares with Orlando Scandrick. The ladies discussed their love lives and Michele confessed that she doesn’t fully trust her baller beau. Newbie Brandie Maxiell later made her debut and won a number of fans over by revealing that she battled ovarian cancer and is hoping to have another child with her husband, Jason Maxiell.
And while that trio continued with their storylines, Jackie Christie introduced two new ladies to the group; Brittish Williams and Sundy Carter. Williams revealed that she’s engaged to overseas player Lorenzo Gordon who may “dibble and dabble” with other women as long as she’s kept in the dark about it.
Sundy Carter’s TV intro was far more dramatic however with her revealing that when her daughter ran away from home following a family squabble, an inappropriate photo of her performing oral sex was released through Carter’s Twitter account. Carter claims to have not released the sexually explicit photo herself but Twitter viewers weren’t buying it.

Just before the episode ended, the full cast met for the first time over lunch and in typical “Basketball Wives” fashion a blowup ensued. A woman named Ariane blasted Draya Michele for allegedly sleeping with her ex, NBA player DeShawn Stevenson. Brittish Williams then chimed in with a ridiculously off-color question.
“Are you a h–?” Williams asked Michele whose eyes immediately widened.
“Am I a h–?!” answered Michele. “I am the same thing that everybody sitting here was before they got their ring,” she added.
None too pleased by the 24-year-old’s probing, Michele dissed her on Twitter for having “cheetah hair,” a sentiment many viewers shared.

Williams later responded in the below tweet.

The ladies watched the premiere episode at an L.A. watch party that featured spa treatments, cupcakes and a red carpet.
