During NBA All-Star weekend, Sprite helped to showcase several sports, music and community events.

Several of the events included the Sprite Slam Dunk, a concert featuring Drake, and the renovation of a Boys & Girls Club headed by LeBron James.

James stepped away from the fun and festivities of NBA All-Star weekend to give back to the community. James teamed up with Sprite to help renovate the Boys and Girls Club in Gretna, La., a small city fifteen minutes outside of New Orleans).

Erica Harris, Sprite Brand Manager and Harvard Business School grad, spoke about the importance of the event.

“We’ve been working on this with all of our partners internally for a very long time,” Harris said.  “So to come in here and see the looks on all of the kids faces when LeBron James walked into the room was phenomenal. All of the hard work and donations have really made this possible. Being able to see the kids and their excitement is a one-of-a-kind experience.”
