Pamela D. Cross
Pamela D. Cross is VP and senior community development officer for Wells Fargo & Co. With more than 25 years in the banking and finance industry, she is passionate about her commitment to social, community, and economic development issues. In her position, she serves as an internal and external consultant and strategist providing expertise as it relates to financial institutions’ adherence to the Community Reinvestment Act.
Cross advises women to “be humble; always remain open to new opportunities – stretch yourself, and never get too comfortable. Build a diverse network of professionals [for] career development and personal [advisers who] know the true you – they’ll keep you grounded.”
Professionally, Cross’ passions are rooted in social, community and economic development issues. Se holds a B.S. in business administration and a master’s in community and social development. Cross loves to watch HGTV and dance.
