Happy birthday Kevin Garnett. The NBA player is turning 38 years old today. In 2004, the NBA MVP was drafted straight out of high school by the Minnesota Timberwolves in 1995 and he spent 12 seasons with the team before a trade sent him to the Boston Celtics in 2007. Garnett helped lead the Celtics to an NBA title in 2008. Currently playing center for the Brooklyn Nets, they recently were eliminated from the NBA Playoffs by the Miami Heat.
He married Brandi Padilla in 2004 and they have a daughter named Capri, who was born April 18, 2008. With their season coming to an end and Garnett’s questionable contribution or lack thereof, is it time for the birthday boy to hang it up?
