A Texas mother is aiming for the title of worst mother of the year after forcing six kids to ride on the roof of her car. According to reports by NBC DFW, Kisha Young of Dallas picked up six kids and an adult from a community swimming pool.
But after realizing their clothes were wet, she forced them to sit on the roof and trunk of her car as she drove. Young did not want the kids to get her seats wet.
Young made a turn and four of the kids were flung from the vehicle. The kids were seriously injured from the accident and were rushed to a hospital. Three have been treated and released while one child remains at the hospital with a severe head injury.
When police arrived on the scene, they noticed Young was under the influence alcohol. She was arrested and charged with intoxication assault.
Young has since posted a $110,000 bail.
