How important is building your brand?
Extremely important. Today, you have the power to tell your narrative online through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. These are all great tools with specific purposes, so use them appropriately. Try and be genuine and holistic with your social approach on and offline.
How do you balance personal time, work & family?
There is perfection in flaws. It’s the acceptance of the imbalance that makes life interesting, tolerable and exciting. As long as I keep great people around me that are supportive and loving there is always time to fit them inside of a busy schedule.
