Keeping yourself healthy and exercising when possible is suggested by health care providers. But recently Michele Cernak, 51, decided to take it a step further when she did her yoga exercises nude in the middle of a busy street in Ocala, Florida.
According to witnesses and police reports, Cernak stepped out of her still running pickup truck and began to strip naked. When the officers arrested her, the door to her pickup was open. Investigating officers found Xanex, Hydrocodone, a crack pipe, syringe and heroin. When questioned by the officers she admitted that everything in the cars was hers except for the crack pipe. Officers noticed she was bleeding from her ankle and she admitted that she had recently shot up on heroin.
She now faces three felony and two misdemeanor charges. Cernak is in the Marion County, Florida jail with a $5,000 bond.
