A man who was deported on at least four different occasions once again was found in the United States illegally. This time he has been arrested for attempting to molest a 9-year-old girl in Texas. Israel Andrade, age 35, has been accused of breaking into the victim’s home and fondling the child while she was asleep on the family sofa in Parker County, Texas.
Andrade then attempted to lure the child to a bedroom in the home but instead the victim screamed and ran to her parent’s room. The parents attempted to call 911 when they noticed their computer and cell phones were missing. The mother had to drive to a local store to call police. During the police investigation, a set of footprints were followed to a neighbor’s home. Based on information from the neighbor the police determined who the suspect was and that he had visited the home the night before. Andrade was tracked down a mile away from the victim’s home, where he was found in possession of two pairs of the child’s panties.
Andrade has been charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony and indecency with a child by sexual contact, which is a first-degree felony. According to the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Andrade had been deported from the United States on four different occasions: July 2003, February 2004, September 2009 and again in December of 2010.
