The New York Post is reporting that Beyoncé has been secretly shopping for a new apartment in Chelsea on West 19th Street valued at $20 million. Queen Bey and her husband Jay Z share a 8,309-square-foot apartment in TriBeCa, which is reportedly twice the size of the spot she’s looking at now which is 4,045-square-foot. Hmm, it’s not likely the pair is trying to downsize. So, it appears Beyoncé is making this move solo.
