Delta pilot lashes out at Black air traffic controller

Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) - $16,523.83

Being an air traffic controller at the world’s busiest airport can be a stressful job. Only the best and most professional direct huge aircraft around Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. So it comes as a shock to many in the aviation community that a Delta Airlines pilot gets angry and snaps on an air traffic controller trying to do his job.

On July 25, 2014, a Delta Airlines pilot was apparently on the wrong runway. Rather than professionally figure out the issue, he chose to berate the unidentified air traffic controller. The controller did not lose his temper and remained professional the entire time. Even another aircraft’s pilot chimed in on the conversation.
