John Belushi
“Saturday Night Live” legend Belushi was one of the first stars to put the long-running sketch comedy show on the map. His star turn on “SNL” led to numerous classic film roles in famed movies like Animal House and The Blues Brothers. Belushi was also a notorious party animal, but according to many, the bender of cocaine and heroin abuse that he went on in 1982 was a result of depression he felt over compromising his integrity to star in National Lampoon’s The Joy of Sex. He was found dead in his hotel room at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. He was 33-years-old.
