KiD CuDi’s had more than his fair share of onstage fiascos, but few topped his most recent incident in which he suddenly collapsed during a show in Chicago.
According to Billboard, CuDi was performing his fan-favorite song “Pursuit of Happiness” at the North Coast Music Festival in Chicago’s Union Park Saturday when he jumped down into the photo area in between the stage and the crowd and began running around wildly in front of fans.
Things took a frightening turn, though, when CuDi stopped to sign an autograph for a fan and then suddenly collapsed to the floor. CuDi’s security team immediately picked the rapper up and carried his limp body off stage, leaving many to wonder why the rapper fainted.
Later on, CuDi, who seemed to have fully recovered, explained to his fans via Twitter why he suddenly collapsed during his set.
