Women of color rejoice! An up and coming line by the name of Nubian Skin is launching its very own collection of nude undergarments for women of color.
According to their website, sales will be up in running in just four short weeks and while they do not currently offer plus size options, they hope to expand.
“We are launching with size 30B up to 36DD/E. We know this doesn’t cover everyone, and we realize a plus size offering is so important; however, we had to start somewhere. We are sincerely hoping business will go well, so that we can expand” said the brand in a short note to supporters on September 5.
Featured in the debut collection (pictured above) are a variety of nude bras and panties, embroidered and stitched with lace appliques. Simple t-shirt bras and casual pieces will also be available. Do you love it? – ruthie hawkins/@ruubabie
